Scotland
In August 2012 VCS Theatre Conservatory program will participate in an amazing theater experience in Scotland. For two weeks, we will take part in the largest arts festival in the world, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. We will see incredible performances, and perform on an international stage in the 18th annual American High School Theatre Festival (AHSTF). Not just any school can participate in AHSTF. To be considered, schools must be nominated by local theater professionals, and complete a lengthy application which is reviewed, and ranked, by AHSTF’s Board. Less than 5% of nominated schools are actually invited to participate, and Valley Christian made the cut, so we are on our way to Scotland
